Lake Shawnee Park

Located in Topeka's Lake Shawnee Park, this boat ramp provides convenient access to the 451-acre Shawnee Lake, a popular destination for paddlers and motorized boaters alike. The main boat dock and launch ramp are ADA accessible, making this an inclusive access point for all skill levels. Whether you're launching a kayak, canoe, or motorized vessel, the facility supports a variety of watercraft and recreational activities.

Lake Shawnee welcomes kayakers, canoeists, paddleboarders, and rowboats, with both motorized boating and water sports like skiing and tubing permitted on the lake. Note that children 8 and younger must wear a regulation life preserver while on the water.
