**Lakeside HOA Park offers a three-lane, lighted concrete boat ramp for accessing Lake Casa Blanca near Laredo.** The ramp is ADA-accessible and remains operational even during low water conditions. The park entrance is accessed via Highway 59 through the Henry Cuellar Road (Highway 59) gates. An ADA-accessible fishing pier is also available for those without watercraft.

While the concrete boat ramps remain open and usable, the courtesy boat dock has been temporarily removed due to low water levels and will be reinstalled when conditions improve.
