Langley Ramp

**Location & Access:** The Langley Ramp is a public boat launch located in a small county park in Langley on Whidbey Island, providing access to Saratoga Passage. This is a quarter-acre facility situated along East Harbor Road with convenient waterfront entry for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats.

**Amenities & Facilities:** The site offers beach access and a boat launch suitable for various watercraft. Parking is available for vehicles and trailers, though space is limited given the small park size. Public restrooms and showers are on-site. A daily launch fee applies (residents and non-residents have different rates). The adjacent South Whidbey Harbor/Langley Marina also provides additional amenities including floating docks (open 9 a.m.–9 p.m.) and moorage options for those needing extended water access.

**What to Expect:** Saratoga Passage is a saltwater strait between Whidbey Island and Camano Island, making it ideal for recreational paddling and boating. Given the limited parking and small facility footprint, arrive early during peak season.
