Lighthouse Marina (also known as Green Turtle Bay Marina) offers a well-protected harbor facility at mile marker 24 on the Tennessee River/Kentucky Lake in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The marina provides 190 open boat slips accommodating vessels up to 42 feet, with amenities including city water, electricity, bathhouses, laundry, Wi-Fi, and self-service pump-out stations. Slips are available for both daily and yearly rental.

For kayakers and canoeists, this location provides excellent access to Kentucky Lake, a large reservoir known for its calm waters and multiple arms suitable for paddling. The protected harbor setting makes it ideal for launching and retrieving boats. Beyond Lighthouse Marina, Livingston County offers numerous additional public ramp access points throughout the Tennessee River system, including nearby options at Birdsong Creek, Eva, and other TWRA access sites, giving paddlers flexibility in choosing launch locations.
