Lighthouse Resort & Marina

Located on Lake Texoma in Grayson County, Texas, Lighthouse Resort & Marina (also known as Buncombe Creek Resort Marina) offers convenient water access via two concrete boat ramps. The North Ramp accommodates larger boats and motorized vessels, while the South Ramp is designated for personal watercraft and non-motorized vessels like kayaks and canoes. The facility includes a fuel dock, tackle shop, and general store, with adequate trailer parking available. A $5 launch fee applies.

Lake Texoma is the largest lake by capacity in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Tulsa District, providing extensive paddling and boating opportunities across its expansive waters. The resort's location on Preston Point offers scenic waterfront views and serves as a good staging point for exploring the lake. The surrounding area includes the nearby Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, established in 1946 to protect habitat for migratory birds and native wildlife, making this a notable location for wildlife viewing and nature-based recreation.
