Lincoln Park (also known as Robert E. Lee Park) is a public boat access facility managed by the City of Valparaiso, offering convenient entry to Boggy Bayou and northern Choctawhatchee Bay. The ramp features 10 trailer parking spaces and 10 vehicle parking spots on a well-maintained asphalt lot. Located approximately 9 miles from the Destin Bridge, this saltwater access point is ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and small boats exploring the shallow bay system and its tributaries.

The site serves as a gateway to Boggy Bayou's calm, protected waters—perfect for paddlers of varying skill levels.
