**Location & Launch Details**
Little Bean Marsh Conservation Area provides boat ramp access to Bean Lake in Iatan, Platte County, Missouri. The launch is located in the northwest corner of the lake off Westside Drive. Note that the ramp is operational at high water levels, so conditions may vary seasonally.

**Amenities & Regulations**
This conservation area offers several visitor amenities including campgrounds with RV hookups and nearby lodging, restaurants, and convenience stores. The area features a 0.5-mile paved accessible trail with a viewing blind on Cottonwood Slough and a marsh viewing tower—great for wildlife observation before or after your paddle. Boats of all types (including kayaks, canoes, and sailboats) are permitted on the lake. **Important:** Boats may not be left unattended overnight. Fishing is allowed under statewide regulations, and all standard state boating safety equipment and registration requirements apply.
