About This Access Site
The Little Hole boat ramp provides access to the Green River near Dutch John, Utah. This site is popular with kayakers, canoeists, and other boaters exploring the "A" section of the Green River, which is a renowned fishery and scenic float trip.

The boat ramp is located about 2 miles west of Dutch John off US 191. Paddlers and boaters should note that the parking area is situated several hundred feet above the river, requiring a short walk down a series of switchbacks to reach the launch point. Have your gear ready to go before proceeding to the busy ramp.

The Green River through this section is characterized by its large size, steady flows, and relatively gentle gradient, making it well-suited for a variety of watercraft. Several campgrounds are located within 10 miles of the Little Hole access site, providing ample options for overnight trips.
