About This Access Site
Lovewell-Cedar Point provides boat ramp access to the western end of Lovewell Reservoir in Webber, Jewell County. This is a well-developed public access point featuring a usable boat ramp, primitive camping spots, picnic tables, vault toilet, and parking area. The access road borders the east side of Montana Creek. As of November 2025, all boat ramps at the site remain usable, though water levels fluctuate seasonally—check current conditions before launching, as the reservoir was recently 3.6 feet below conservation pool.

White Rock Creek is a medium-sized river (Stream Order 5) with a drainage area of 350 square miles and average flow of 40 cubic feet per second. The creek features a moderate gradient of 5.4 feet per mile with an average velocity of 1.68 feet per second, making it suitable for paddlers with basic to moderate skills during normal flow conditions. Nearby camping facilities include Walleye Point and South Willow campgrounds (open year-round), with additional seasonal options when available.
