Lyman Lake is a 370-acre lake in Douglas County near South Range, offering public boat access via a concrete ramp and dock facility. The boat landing is conveniently located outside the entrance gate off County Trunk Highway P, approximately one-quarter mile west of Lake Minnesuing, with a dedicated parking area. Vaulted restrooms are available on-site.
With a maximum depth of 15 feet, Lyman Lake is suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. The lake supports a healthy fishery including musky, panfish, largemouth bass, and walleye, making it popular with anglers as well as paddlers.
