Maple Grove Marina & Park

Located in Vermilion, Ohio on the Vermilion River, Maple Grove Marina & Park provides public boat ramp access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The ramp is situated on the west side of the river and offers convenient access to both the Vermilion River and nearby Lake Erie. The facility includes marina services and RV camping amenities. **To reach the boat ramp from Route 6:** Turn south onto West River Road on the west side of the bridge spanning the Vermilion River, then proceed about ¼ mile to the stop sign and turn left (east) onto the access road leading downhill to the water.

**Access Note:** Traffic on West River Road from the south does not stop at the marina entrance and has the right of way, so use caution when entering or exiting. The Vermilion River location provides paddlers with options for both river exploration and access to Lake Erie waters. The nearby Old Woman Creek National Estuarine Research Reserve offers additional paddling opportunities in a protected natural area.
