**Location & Directions**
Mari-Osa Access is located on the Osage River near Jefferson City, Cole County, approximately 10 miles east of the city. From Highway 50, turn north on Marina Road (about 0.75 mile before the Osage River bridge) and continue east toward the river. The access point sits near the 11-mile marker of the Osage Arm and is positioned across and upriver from the mouth of the Maries River, a major tributary.

This boat ramp serves kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats launching on the Osage River. Paddlers should be aware that the site has a history of driftwood and floating trees accumulating on the ramp during high water conditions—check conditions before launching and use caution when entering the water.
