Marshall Island Access is a 40-acre day-use park operated by Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, located 4.5 miles west of Junction City on the Willamette River's west bank. The site features a newly improved boat ramp (upgraded in 2012) with an enlarged eddy, making it a convenient launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters heading onto the river. A primitive trail runs along the north end of the property for those wanting to explore the area before or after paddling.
For paddlers planning multi-day trips, Riverside RV Storage is located about 100 meters before the park entrance and offers overnight vehicle parking for $5 per night (gate closes in the evening). The property also includes dog-friendly areas, making it a good stop for recreational paddlers. Several campgrounds are within 10 miles of the access point, including South Twin Lake and Graham Corral Horse Campgrounds, both offering reservable sites for trip planning.
