MD 39 Crellin is a whitewater access point on the Youghiogheny River located in Garrett County near the Maryland-West Virginia border. This site serves as a popular put-in and take-out location for paddlers running whitewater sections of the Youghiogheny, which is known for its Class II-III rapids and scenic gorge. The access provides entry to one of the most frequently paddled whitewater rivers in the mid-Atlantic region.
