Mill Creek Marina is located at 24 Bruce Boyer Street in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, providing public boat ramp access to Allen Harbor. The facility is reached via Mago Vista Road; near the end of that road, turn left on River Road to find the marina entrance. The marina offers a public boat ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and small boats into Allen Harbor. The facility also features 124 slips and 82 moorings for those needing dockage. Chafee National Wildlife Refuge, one of Rhode Island's five national wildlife refuges, offering opportunities for wildlife viewing and scenic paddling in a protected natural area.
