Millrace North Boat Launch is a public boat ramp located on the eastern shore of Utah Lake in Provo, Utah. This access point is well-suited for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats.
The boat ramp is currently closed to motorized launching due to low water levels, so we do not recommend using it for power boats at this time. Paddlers can still access the lake, but should use caution and launch at their own risk. Utah Lake is a large, shallow freshwater lake surrounded by the Wasatch Range mountains, providing scenic views. It is stocked with channel catfish, walleye, white bass, and other game fish, making it a popular destination for anglers.
The nearest recreation area is Utah Lake State Park, which offers additional boat launches, camping, and other amenities.
