About This Access Site
Monticello Park offers a boat ramp providing access to both Lake Bob Sandlin and Lake Monticello in Titus County. The facility includes a two-lane boat ramp, lighted fishing pier, and fish cleaning station. This is a good option for kayakers and canoeists looking to paddle on these lakes, and the park also offers kayak rentals if you don't have your own. A park entry fee is required.

**Getting There:** From Mt. Pleasant, head southwest on FM 127 toward Monticello, then turn left at the Titus County park sign. The park entrance is approximately 2 miles from this turnoff. The ramp is located on the north shore at mid-lake. The site is open year-round and operated by Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.

**Amenities:** In addition to the boat ramp, the park features camping and picnic areas, making it suitable for day trips or extended visits. Anglers should note that no fishing license is required to fish from shore or the pier at this state park location.
