Mystery Bay State Park in Marrowstone provides a single-lane boat launch ramp that drops gently down the beach north of the floating docks, making it accessible for kayakers, canoeists, and other small watercraft. The park features 683 feet of moorage space with seven year-round buoys (fees apply 1 p.m. to 8 a.m.), pit toilets, and picnic tables—though there is no camping available on-site. A Discover Pass is required for day-use access.
Located on Kilisut Harbor in Jefferson County on the Salish Sea, Mystery Bay serves as a popular launch point for exploring the protected waters and nearby natural areas, including Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve and Protection Island National Wildlife Refuge. The sheltered harbor conditions make it suitable for paddlers of varying skill levels. For overnight camping, Fort Casey Campground is located nearby with reservations available through Washington State Parks.
