About This Access Site
The Napa Valley Marina provides convenient boat access to the Napa River in downtown Napa, California. This full-service marina offers a boat launch ramp, fuel dock, and boat slips for vessels up to 80 feet long. The launch ramp has a moderate slope, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats.

The Napa River in this area is a tidal waterway, so boaters should be aware of changing currents and water levels. The river is generally calm and navigable for recreational paddlers, though caution is advised near bridges and other infrastructure. The marina is located approximately 1.75 miles downstream from Marker 7, providing easy access to explore the Napa River. Paddlers and boaters will find the marina conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and other attractions in downtown Napa.

While the marina is open to the public, specific details about hours of operation, fees, or other services are not available on Recreation.gov. Boaters are advised to contact the Napa Valley Marina directly at (707) 252-8011 or visit their website at napavalleymarina.com for the most up-to-date information.
