Old Route 422 is a convenient public boat access point on Lake Arthur in Portersville, located just off US-422 on the south side of the lake. This site offers paddlers and boaters easy water access within Moraine State Park, which completely surrounds Lake Arthur and provides eight total launch sites throughout the 3,225-acre recreational lake.
