About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** Oser Landing is conveniently located in downtown Georgetown on Highway 62/460 East (behind Elkhorn Plaza), providing easy access to the North Fork Elkhorn Creek. The site features a single-lane concrete boat ramp approximately 60 feet long and 12 feet wide, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. Ample paved parking and a picnic shelter are available on the 2.5-acre site, along with security lights for added safety.

**Paddling Considerations:** This ramp provides access to one of three pools in the Georgetown area created by a series of dams on the creek. Paddlers heading left from the launch will pass under Interstate 75. Before launching, check current water levels and conditions, as dam operations upstream can affect flow and paddling difficulty. The site is popular with anglers and boaters alike, so expect moderate activity, especially on weekends. This is a good starting point for exploring the North Fork Elkhorn Creek corridor in the Georgetown area.
