**Location & Facilities**
The Otter Lake boat ramp is conveniently located mid-lake on the north side of Emmerson Airline Road in Angola, with the park office and bait shop directly across on the south side. The site features a concrete boat ramp and launching pier, with ADA-accessible facilities available. The ramp provides straightforward access to this 765-acre lake.

**Lake Conditions & Recreation**
Otter Lake is a scenic all-sports lake spanning seven miles long with clean water suitable for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and leisurely boating. Note that the lake operates as a no-wake zone from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., making early morning and evening ideal for peaceful paddling. Most shorelines are steep with riprap lining, so plan your paddling accordingly. The lake also features a sandy beach area for those wanting to combine water access with swimming.
