About This Access Site
Paddock Lake is a 128-acre lake in Kenosha County offering public boat access via a dedicated public boat landing. The lake features excellent water clarity and a maximum depth of 32 feet, making it suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and motorized boating. The area also includes a public beach for water recreation. Note that all vehicles using the Paddock Lake boat launch require a properly displayed launch pass to park in designated stalls.

The lake supports a healthy fishery with Panfish, Largemouth Bass, and Northern Pike, which can indicate diverse habitat and water quality. With its relatively modest size and clear waters, Paddock Lake is an accessible option for paddlers of varying skill levels. Additional amenities in the area include nearby village parks and a fishing pier on 248th Avenue, providing options for a full day of recreation around Salem Lakes.
