About This Access Site
Palmer Lake Campground offers a convenient boat launch for accessing Palmer Lake, a 2,100-acre reservoir located near Loomis in northern Okanogan County. The site features a concrete boat ramp and hand launch, making it accessible for both motorized and non-motorized watercraft including kayaks and canoes. The facility is managed as a day-use area and includes picnic amenities, making it a popular spot for families and anglers.

The lake is known for fishing opportunities including smallmouth bass, crappie, rainbow trout, and burbot. Public access to Palmer Lake is limited, so this site is frequently busy during peak seasons. Amenities at the campground include seven campsites, vault toilets, and picnic areas. The surrounding landscape features orchards and mountainous terrain characteristic of the region. No fees are charged for day-use access.
