Patterson Lake

Patterson Lake's WDFW access site in Winthrop offers a public boat launch for kayakers, canoeists, and other boaters. The facility features a sloped gravel boat launch and gravel parking area. Recent improvements funded by an $880,000 grant have upgraded the infrastructure, including the addition of a concrete ramp and adjacent dock to better serve all users, including those with mobility accessibility needs.

Patterson Lake is a popular destination for recreational fishing and paddling. The lake supports healthy populations of kokanee (typically 10-11 inches) and yellow perch (6-8 inches), making it attractive for anglers. A private resort with cabin rentals and small boat rentals also operates on the lake if you need additional services or equipment.
