Phillipsburg Free Bridge Access

**Location & Access:** The Phillipsburg Boat Ramp is a free, paved concrete launch facility located on Riverside Way on the New Jersey side of the Delaware River, near the "Free" Bridge between Phillipsburg, NJ and Easton, PA. **River Conditions:** The Delaware River at this location is a major waterway with an average flow of approximately 30,140 cubic feet per second and an average velocity of 3.1 feet per second. This section offers good access to both upstream paddling toward the scenic upper Delaware and downstream exploration toward the Bay.
