The Pigeon River Fish & Wildlife Area offers boat ramp access to Big Bower Lake in Pleasant Lake, Steuben County, with multiple ramps located throughout this 12,134-acre protected area. This access point is ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters looking to explore the area's 529 acres of lakes. Electric motors are permitted on lakes and ponds. Note that swimming is prohibited at this site.
