Port Townsend Boat Haven is a full-service marina facility located on the west shore of Port Townsend Bay in Admiralty Inlet. The site features a **double-lane public boat ramp that is accessible 24 hours a day**, making it convenient for early morning or evening paddling trips. A valid Port of Port Townsend Daily or Annual Launch Ramp Pass is required for ramp use and truck-and-trailer parking. The entrance is at the southeast corner of the marina—pass the Coast Guard station and proceed to the fuel/registration dock area for check-in.
Beyond the ramp, this modern marina offers extensive amenities including guest moorage with power and water, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, fuel services, and a haul-out facility. The site provides excellent access to Admiralty Inlet and nearby paddling destinations including Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve and Protection Island National Wildlife Refuge. Local access is available via Jefferson Street, Monroe Street, Jackson Street, Washington Street, and Water Street. **Fort Casey Campground** is located within 10 miles if you're planning an overnight trip.
