Powdermill Pond Boat Ramp provides convenient public access to Powdermill Pond and the Contoocook River in Hancock, NH. Located near the historic Greenfield-Hancock County Covered Bridge on Forest Road, the ramp is situated within the Powdermill Pond Wildlife Area on a 98.5-acre parcel managed by the NH Fish and Game Department. The launch offers a well-maintained facility with ample parking and portable restroom facilities, making it a practical starting point for paddlers and boaters exploring this scenic stretch of the Contoocook River.
The access area is ideal for kayakers and canoeists seeking a leisurely paddle in a picturesque setting.
