Presque Isle Stream

The Presque Isle Stream boat ramp provides access to paddling and boating opportunities in the Presque Isle area of Aroostook County. **Important Safety Notice:** Paddlers and boaters must take out at the boat ramp and must not venture beyond the State Street Bridge. The Presque Isle Stream Dam lies just downstream of the bridge and is unrunnable and extremely hazardous—attempting to paddle over it could result in serious injury or death. Those launching here should plan their trips accordingly and stay within the safe paddling areas of the bay and lagoons.
