About This Access Site
The Rainbow Bay Marina in Waipahu, Oahu provides convenient water access to Alea Bay. This 24/7 boat ramp is located right next to the marina facilities, which offer a variety of wet slips, dry boat storage, and lockers. Boaters and paddlers can take advantage of the on-site fuel dock, which accepts credit cards only.

The marina caters to both leisure and adventure seekers, with offerings like sailing lessons, canoe rentals, and scuba charters. Visitors have access to amenities including the boat launch ramp, fuel station, and other marina services. While the Pearl Harbor National Memorial Tours site is located nearby, that is a separate federal facility that requires reservations and has its own access procedures. Paddlers and boaters should plan their visit to the Rainbow Bay Marina based on their desired activities and needs.
