Red Arroyo Campground

Red Arroyo Campground, located in Tom Green County near San Angelo, offers boat access to O.C. Fisher Lake via the North Concho River. This U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility, completed in 1952 for flood control purposes, provides a non-reservable launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters.
