**Reed Lake** in Baldwin, Lake County offers a hand-launch access point for kayaks and canoes located behind the Community Center (750 Lakeside Drive) on the south end of the building. This is a carry-in launch only—no trailer or motorized boat launching is permitted, and vehicles are not allowed down the side drive. Paddlers should expect to carry their kayaks or canoes from the parking lot to the water.
The surrounding area is part of the **Condon Lakes West** recreational area, which is popular for fishing, hunting, camping, and seasonal foraging.
