Rend Lake

Rend Lake itself is a natural recreational haven offering ample water for paddling and boating. Several nearby access areas feature accessible 20-foot fishing docks with textured aluminum surfaces that also serve as boat ramps (including Bonnie South, Waltonville Dam, Bluegill Hole, and Nason South), providing options for different launch preferences. If you're planning an extended trip, three campgrounds are available within 10 miles: North Sandusky, South Sandusky, and South Marcum—all offer reservations for overnight stays.
