The Richardson Lake Cutoff boat ramp provides access to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, a navigable river system that connects the inland midsection of the United States to the Gulf of Mexico. This public launch site is located in Darracott, Mississippi, within the waterway's expansive 149-mile stretch between Demopolis, Alabama and Amory, Mississippi.

The ramp is well-suited for launching kayaks, canoes, and small trailered boats to explore the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway.
