The ramp is situated at approximately 365 feet elevation and provides reliable access to this popular recreation lake. Paddlers and boaters should note that water levels fluctuate seasonally. The lake fills beginning in February, but summer levels can drop several feet as rainfall decreases. Active drawdown begins in mid-September, which may affect ramp usability and navigation in shallow areas.
