Riverside Drive

Located on Riverside Drive (E. Portage Avenue) in Sault Ste. Marie, this concrete boat ramp provides convenient access to the St. Marys River on the west side of the Aune-Osborn Campground. The site features a large paved parking lot and a well-maintained cement ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. This is an ideal put-in point for exploring the St. Marys River Island Explorer Water Trail and the scenic waters between Michigan and Ontario.

The St. Marys River is home to the famous Soo Locks and offers diverse paddling opportunities for various skill levels. From this access point, paddlers can explore calm sections of the river and nearby waterways.
