About This Access Site
Robie Creek Park offers a convenient boat launch for paddlers and boaters accessing Lucky Peak Reservoir at the confluence of Mores Creek and Robie Creek. Located 9.2 miles north of Lucky Peak Dam on Highway 21 (heading toward Idaho City), this day-use area features a concrete ramp approximately 30 feet wide suitable for launching small to medium-sized watercraft, including kayaks, canoes, and rafts. The site provides ample parking for trailers and vehicle access to the water.

Beyond boating, Robie Creek Park is a well-developed facility with six shade shelters, tables, a playground, and a buoyed swimming area—making it ideal for group outings or family paddling trips. The site sits at the edge of Boise National Forest, offering a scenic setting. Note that this is primarily a day-use area, though nearby Macks Creek Campground (reservable) is available for overnight stays within 10 miles. For current information about amenities, fees, or reservations, contact the facility at 208-343-0671.
