Robinson Lake

Robinson Lake offers a developed public access point in White Cloud, Newaygo County, featuring a concrete boat ramp and dock suitable for motorboats and larger vessels. The site includes a gravel parking area, pit toilet facilities, and is open year-round (though winter conditions may affect accessibility). A Michigan Recreation Passport is required to use this DNR access site. Note that the park is closed between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m.

For kayakers and canoeists, be aware that while the developed ramp accommodates larger boats, car-top launches like kayaks and canoes may find the concrete ramp workable. The lake itself serves as a drinking water impoundment, so check current conditions before launching. With parking located conveniently near the launch area and basic amenities on-site, Robinson Lake provides straightforward access for a recreational paddling or boating outing in the region.
