**Location & Access:** Rocky Creek Park is located in Washington County, approximately 9 miles south of Somerville. From Somerville, take Texas 36 south for 4 miles to FM 1948, turn right, and continue 5 miles to the park entrance. The site is part of Birch Creek State Park recreation area.
**Facilities & Launching:** The park features a one-lane concrete boat ramp suitable for all boat types, including kayaks and canoes. Vehicle parking and restroom facilities are available at the launch area. A nominal launch fee applies. The park offers 192 campsites with various hookup options and amenities, making it convenient for extended trips. Two boat ramps serve the park, accommodating multiple users.
**Water Access:** Rocky Creek Park provides access to Somerville Lake on the Brazos River, a scenic reservoir offering paddling opportunities. Nearby recreation areas feature scenic trails including Bluebonnet Trails, Independence Day Trek, and Salt Grass Trek. Lake Somerville Marina & Campground is also nearby for additional services and camping options.
