Rocky Point Boat Ramp provides year-round access to Fort Gibson Lake and the Neosho River in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. Located on the upper end of Fort Gibson Lake where Flat Rock Creek meets the main channel, this facility is reservable through Recreation.gov. Note that day-use passes are required for access to the boat ramp and beach areas—obtain your free pass from the gate attendant upon arrival.

The Neosho River is a major waterway with an average flow of approximately 10,500 cubic feet per second and a moderate gradient of 2.1 feet per mile.
