About This Access Site
Rocky Run Flowage is a 165-acre lake in Oneida County offering public boat access via a developed landing near Harshaw. With a maximum depth of 11 feet, this shallow flowage is well-suited for recreational paddling, fishing, and boating. The water body supports populations of panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, and trout, making it attractive for anglers as well as paddlers.

The public boat ramp provides convenient access for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. Given the modest size and depth of the flowage, this is an ideal destination for beginners or those seeking a quiet paddling experience. For current information on amenities, seasonal conditions, or any access fees, contact the Wisconsin DNR or visit their comprehensive boat access database at dnr.wi.gov.
