The Saratoga Springs boat ramp provides access to Utah Lake, a large freshwater lake in central Utah. This launch site, maintained by the city, features a spacious concrete boat ramp and recently upgraded docks. It's a popular access point for a variety of watercraft, including kayaks, canoes, motorboats, and personal watercraft.
The ramp is open year-round from 7 am to dark, making it convenient for both day-use and overnight trips on the lake. Fees to use the motorized boat launch can be paid at the self-pay station on site or at Saratoga Springs City Hall during normal business hours. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Situated on the north side of Utah Lake, this launch site offers easy access to the lake's diverse aquatic ecosystems and recreational opportunities. Paddlers and boaters can explore the open waters, marshes, and coves, while anglers can target species like channel catfish, walleye, white bass, and black bass. Nearby attractions include Timpanogos Cave National Monument and Utah Lake State Park, providing plenty of opportunities for land-based exploration as well.
