Located in Panola County near Sardis, MS, this boat ramp provides access to Sardis Lake and the Little Tallahatchie River, a major stream system (Stream Order 8) spanning 117.6 miles with a significant drainage area of 2,556 square miles. The area is easily accessible from Interstate 55, approximately 8 miles east of either Batesville or Sardis via MS Highway 35/315. Day-use passes and annual passes are available for boat ramp access, with a $5 per vehicle fee for the swim beach area.

Paddlers and boaters should be aware that water conditions on the Little Tallahatchie River can vary significantly based on spillway gate operations at Sardis Dam. Before launching, check current flow rates and spillway gate openings by calling (662) 563-4531 or consulting the Vicksburg District Daily River Bulletin online. The river averages 4,591 cubic feet per second flow with moderate velocity (4.04 feet/second), making conditions variable. Paradise Point is one of the most popular spots at Sardis Lake for picnicking or taking a swim in the beautiful Lower Lake. 
Recreation
Paradise Point has a lot to offer visitors. The area has lots of picnic spots available, a large swim beach, a basketball court and a volleyball court. There is also a playground for our younger visitors. 
Facilities
Paradise Point has two group picnic shelters available for reservation. There are 28 individual picnic sites, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground and swim beach in the area. 
Natural Features
Paradise Point is situated along the shoreline of the 400-acre "Lower Lake" below Sardis Dam. The area provide great views of the lake.
