SE 40th Street

**Location & Access:**
The SE 40th Street Boat Launch is located at 118th Avenue SE and SE 40th Street in Bellevue, providing convenient access to Lake Washington. From I-405, take the Coal Creek Parkway exit and turn west at the bottom of the ramp to reach the facility.

**Facilities & Features:**
This non-motorized watercraft launch offers one lane for launching and one lane for retrieving boats, with approximately 65 parking spaces available for vehicles and trailers. The ramp is situated at the south end of the parking lot. Note that maximum tie-up time at the launch is limited to 15 minutes, and shoreline use is generally restricted to 2 hours unless otherwise posted.

This site is ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and paddlers launching onto Lake Washington. Given its non-motorized designation and dedicated dual-lane design, it's well-suited for launching multiple paddle craft and avoids congestion with motorized traffic.
