Located on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway beneath the Seabreeze Bridge in Daytona Beach, this park provides convenient access to the Halifax River with a 10-lane boat ramp and 20 trailer parking spaces. The facility is tucked under the high-rise bridge on the east side, offering a protected launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats entering the Intracoastal Waterway. The ramp configuration supports high-volume usage, accommodating approximately 150 boaters daily.

The park features scenic views of the Halifax River and the surrounding Daytona Beach area. Note that operating hours are typically 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the April through December season, though it's recommended to verify current hours and any access fees with Volusia County Parks before your visit. The sheltered location under the bridge makes this an excellent year-round launch point for exploring the calm waters of the Intracoastal Waterway.
