Senecaville Lake offers convenient public boat access via multiple launch ramps in Senecaville, Noble County, Ohio. The primary launch ramp is located near the dam, with an additional ramp near the roadside park off State Route 574 and another near the marina. These ramps provide year-round access to the lake. Note that a 399 horsepower limit applies to all vessels on Senecaville Lake.

The lake is part of the extensive Seneca Lake Park, operated by the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, which maintains full recreation facilities including a nature center, ranger station, private beach, picnic areas, and a dockside restaurant. A private full-service marina (Seneca Marina) is also available for fuel, supplies, and boat services.
