Located in Mindenmines, Barton County, this 3,635-acre conservation area provides excellent access for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters with multiple launch options. The site features two concrete boat ramps (including a handicap-accessible option), an accessible multipurpose dock, and a courtesy dock—making it suitable for various skill levels and accessibility needs. The area encompasses over 82 acres of water across 41 bodies of water, with the largest being 14-acre Pin Oak Lake, plus fishable lakes including Ziske Lake (30 acres) and Turner Lake (17 acres).
Amenities include a gravel parking lot, primitive camping sites, picnic areas, pavilions, and privies, making this a convenient base for day trips or overnight paddling adventures.
