About This Access Site
Snake Creek Marina offers convenient access to the crystal-clear waters of Tenkiller Ferry Lake in northeastern Oklahoma. This Corps of Engineers facility provides multiple boat ramps, making it an ideal launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters.

Tenkiller Ferry Lake is a 12,500-acre reservoir formed by the Illinois River, offering ample space for recreational activities. The lake is known for its excellent water quality and scenic Ozark Plateau surroundings. Paddlers can explore the calm, protected coves of Snake Creek and Cato Creek, while power boaters have access to the main lake.

The marina area features amenities such as flush toilets, hot showers, and a dump station. A separate swim beach and playground are also available on-site. While overnight camping is not permitted at the ramp, there are several developed campgrounds located around Tenkiller Ferry Lake. Boaters should note that this is a non-reservable, public access site, so peak season use may be high.
