To reach the site from Moses Lake, take Highway 17 south toward Othello, then turn west on Highway 262/O'Sullivan Dam Road. The ramp is positioned near the dam on the O'Sullivan Dam Road.

The lake supports multiple fish species including walleye, bass, crappie, and trout, making it popular with anglers.
